How to proceed
- Select the fee amount and enter your email.
- Verify you are not a robot and submit the payment.
- You will be redirected to the payment gateway where you complete the payment.
- After a successful payment, a confirmation will be shown (and a QR code may be generated).
In some cases, the amount may only be reserved (blocked) and charged later when the fee is applied at the office contact point.
Frequently asked questions
Check your Spam/Bulk folder. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, verify the entered address and contact support.
Try the payment again. If the problem persists, use another browser or check your bank settings (3D Secure) and contact support.
Some fees are blocked first. The amount is charged only when the fee is applied. If it is not applied, the block is released according to your banks rules.
We recommend the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. If you have issues, try a private window or disable script-blocking extensions.
